If you want to get traffic to your website fast then there is probably no faster way to do it than via Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising, indeed all of the major search engines, Google, Yahoo and Bing, run PPC adverts.

A quick overview is that with PPC adverts you simply pay the search engine every time someone clicks on your advert. If no one clicks on it, then you do not pay. So on the face of it, it is a very simple and easy to use form of advertising.

However, whilst you can set up a Pay Per Click campaign in minutes and start getting visitors in around 15 minutes (Once your advert has been approved), there is a lot more that you will need to know before you even think about setting up your first campaign.
