I am no doctor here or pharmasist for that matter.. but I was prescribed CLARITIN for my allergies while I was pregnant.. and was told I could continue to take it when nursing. It works great for me and I haven;t noticed any "milk production" side effects. Last I asked, there was not a generic of this , so it is a tad bit pricey.. especially compared to over-the-counter remedies... but I feel it is wrth the extra cost.. not to have those horibel allergic symptoms and to still be able to fullfill your little one's nursing needs!
HTH (hope this helps!)
From one BF mom to another,
Happy mothering...
